Welcome to S.P.A.C.E. - your Safe Place for Awareness, Connection & Embodiment
This month we will be Landing Back to Reality from the Summer Season, which might have been full of adventures, socializing, and frivolous holidays. Summer is the time of celebration and charging, when we’re more open, social, and sometimes even more courageous. But eventually, it also ends - which is not a bad thing my friends. We’d get bored and exhausted being out there all the time.
It’s normal to feel lost or sad when the season ends. Kids go to school; adults get back to work and our focus slowly shifts inward.
HOW CAN WE MAKE THAT LANDING MORE PLEASENT AND EMBODIED?
We need to find more balance during this seasonal shift, a skill to center amidst the return to daily routines, work, and the fast pace of life, and dance between the attention in and out.
